3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 7vv platform. This is a strict legal and policy requirement. 7vv conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and will immediately close any account found to belong to an individual under 21, returning any real-money deposits to the verified payment source.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. 7vv's services are directed at players located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7vv does not accept registrations from players in Prohibited Jurisdictions. We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts where geographic ineligibility is identified at any time.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each natural person may register only one (1) 7vv account. Operating multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, CNICs, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 7vv reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit bonus balances without notice.
3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your correct date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.5 KYC Verification. 7vv reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with the document, and proof of payment method — at any time prior to or following the first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7vv login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 7vv will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7vv support immediately at [email protected]. 7vv will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 7vv account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
4.4 Account Suspension and Closure by 7vv. 7vv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, use of prohibited software or strategies, multiple account operation, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of account closure due to a material breach, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 7vv may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as permitted under the applicable gaming licence. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7vv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed without currency conversion fees. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the 7vv cashier at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times. 7vv is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile money provider.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 7vv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing will commence.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. 7vv aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, pending security reviews, or where additional verification is required. 7vv will communicate any such delays to the affected player via email.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 7vv is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawals pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with our AML obligations under our gaming licence.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7vv are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The required wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slot games typically contribute 100% while live table games may contribute at a lower rate.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses have an expiry period, specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any unclaimed bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without notice or compensation.
6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 7vv monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is reasonable evidence of: bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error or pricing mistake, systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, or violation of any promotion-specific term.
6.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's terms, each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is a violation of the one-account policy and will result in account closure.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 7vv platform are subject to acceptance by 7vv. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. 7vv reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or at clearly incorrect odds.
7.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that odds or game outcomes are published due to a manifest error — whether typographical, technical, or arising from a data feed error — 7vv reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 7vv will not honour bets placed on clearly incorrect odds regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the system.
7.3 Sports Betting — Cancellations and Postponements. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the 7vv platform. Bets on PSL matches and international cricket fixtures follow international cricket governing body rules as interpreted by 7vv's trading team.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events. Bets placed while a market is suspended may be voided. Live odds are indicative until confirmed. Network latency on the player's side does not constitute grounds for dispute of a live bet outcome.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. 7vv applies maximum single-event and daily payout limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting rules section of the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be paid at the capped amount.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 7vv content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 7vv's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Game content provided by third-party software providers on the 7vv platform remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is licensed to 7vv for use on the platform. Player use of such content is limited to personal, non-commercial gameplay within the 7vv platform environment.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7vv shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 7vv platform, even if 7vv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 7vv does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. 7vv will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime beyond the refund of stakes on affected unsettled bets.
11.3 7vv's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes 7vv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 7vv's own acts or omissions.
7vv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7vv will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the 7vv platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7vv holds its international gaming licence.

13.4 Finality of Game Results. The outcome of any game or bet as recorded on the 7vv server is final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded on the 7vv server, the server record shall prevail.
